Be Heard
Be Heard is not therapy
It's a safe place for you to drop in; to be seen and to be heard
aboutus
We know that everyone's needs regarding their mental health and wellbeing are different.
We create environments where you take the lead; you decide what you feel you need and we'll be there to support you in anyway we can.
We offer you a place where you can drop-in and be around other young people, where you can feel comfortable and understood.
There's no set timetable; the sessions are relaxed and informal. We'll follow your lead but there's always the option to enjoy...
Games
Arts & crafts
cooking
music & minfulness
How Can I Drop-in?
If you're interested in attending our drop-in sessions fill in the form
Then, a member of the Be Heard team will contact you to arrange an initial chat and explain how exactly the sessions work.
Once you've signed up, you can attend the drop-ins for as long as you want, or until you're out of the age range for the drop-in.
We do require parental consent for every young person attending the drop-ins.
